To find, edit and post a vacancy which you have previously saved as a draft;
Login to www.bookamed.com and head to Vacancies.
On the left margin you will see a drop-down titled Vacancy status – Click on the option that says Drafts
Click on the draft vacancy you wish to edit or post.
To edit a draft vacancy, click on the edit icon (Located next to the vacancy status). Ensure that you run through all the steps of the vacancy information, then click preview.
From here, you can either go back, save as draft, or post the vacancy.
Once a vacancy has been posted, you will be notified by the application. The vacancy status will change from draft to open, meaning you are now accepting applicants on that vacancy.
To delete a draft vacancy, click on the bin icon.
You will be asked “Deleted vacancies cannot be restored. Are you sure you want to delete the vacancy?” – Click OK. The vacancy will then be deleted from the application.
