How can I update my organisation’s profile?

To update your organisation’s profile;

Login to www.bookamed.com and head to More → My Profile → Our organisation profile.

Alternatively, 

1. Login to www.bookamed.com and scroll down the dashboard until you see Account Settings -→ My Account.

2. Click on Manage your account details – name, contact email and password.

To update a section of your profile, firstly click edit to make the section amendable.

Here are a list of the sections you can update:

Organisation logo 

This should look clear and professional, as professionals will look at this as an indicator that you are a credible organisation.

Organisation information

Here you can update your:

  • Organisation type(e.g. dental practice, care home)
  • Organisation name
  • Organisation registration number(If you are a limited company)
  • Address

Hiring manager contact details

Whoever will be taking care of your account is your hiring manager, here you can update the hiring manager’s:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Direct contact number(This can be a landline or mobile)
  • Email address

System

Here you can state which patient management software is used in your organisation

Policy and guidelines

This section applies more to locums. Here, you can upload any policies or guidelines that professionals must follow while they are working for you.

About us

Here you can talk about what your organisation does, where you are located, any awards you may have, your history etc.

Password

Here you can update your password, as long as you know what your current password is.

To update your password, enter your current password, then enter and re-enteryour new password.

When you have updated your profile, you can either click preview, to see what professionals see when they view your profile. Otherwise, if you’re happy with the changes, click save. You will be notified by the application that your changes have been saved.
