How to contact BookAMed’s support?

There are two ways you can reach out to us,
You can either email us at [email protected]
Alternatively, you can scroll down to the bottom of the Bookamed application, and select Contact Us. You’ll be presented with a contact form, and all we’ll need is:
- Your organisation name
- Your name(If you are the hiring manager/account holder
- Email address
- Phone number
- Description of what you require assistance with
With either of these options, our support team will respond to your request within a couple of working days.
You can also contact us for support directly using our online chat section, simply head to our website, go to the practices/organisations section, and you’ll see a green contact us icon at the bottom of your screen.
Simply enter your organisation name, mobile number and email address, along with your feedback notes. A member of our customer service team will respond to your feedback as soon as possible.
