Where can I see my messages from a Professional?

Looking to view your recent messages from a professional?
You can open up your messages by using one of three methods:
Method 1: By clicking on the chat bubble icon (This will have red notifications that show up each time you receive a new message)
Method 2: By clicking on My Messages, this is locatedon your main dashboard underneath your profile completeness information.
Method 3: You can select More → My Messages (This is located at the top of your Bookamed dashboard)
All of these methods will take you straight to the message section.
Tip: If you are having a hard time finding a certain message, you can search for a message by typing the professional’s name into the search bar (This is located just above your list of conversations).
