What should I do if I have no response to my job application?

If the status of your job application hasn’t changed yet, it may mean the organisation is still going through the selection process, and they simply haven’t reviewed your application yet. If you do wish to query the status of a job application, follow these steps;
1. Login to www.bookamed.com and head to Jobs → My Jobs
2. Click on the job you would like an update for, and click the chat bubble message icon. Here, you can send a message to the organisation/hiring manager, and request an update to your application.
3. To track your messages from employers, you can click More from your home page, and select My Messages.
