Why are the application screens that I am seeing different from the examples shown in the FAQ?

If you are seeing a different layout on your BookAMed platform compared to what’s on our FAQs, it may mean you need to do one of two things:

  1. Try clearing cache in your browser – This will remove temporary storage of the website, and allow it to update to the newest format. To clear cache in Google Chrome click here.
  2. If that doesn’t work, update your browser to the newest format. For Google Chrome users click here, for Microsoft Edge users, click here.
