Why are the application screens that I am seeing different from the examples shown in the FAQ?

If you are seeing a different layout on your BookAMed platform compared to what’s on our FAQs, it may mean you need to do one of two things:
- Try clearing cache in your browser – This will remove temporary storage of the website, and allow it to update to the newest format. To clear cache in Google Chrome click here.
- If that doesn’t work, update your browser to the newest format. For Google Chrome users click here, for Microsoft Edge users, click here.
