Querying an invoice

Whenever you complete work that was initiated through the Bookamed platform, any invoices will be raised automatically, based on the organisation’s own paying schedule. This could be weekly, monthly or on a certain day of each month.

The process of raising an invoice for the organisation you work for is fully automated. 

In the event that you see any error within the invoice that is generated, please contact both Bookamed AND the organisation in question(Hiring manager).

Please email Bookamed using the following email: support@bookamed.com and quote the invoice number, and the details of the error you have spotted.
