Saudi German Health is looking to hire an Orthopaedic Spinal Consultant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
SALARY: 55,000 SAR to 65,000 SAR. - Perform a range of spinal surgical procedures, including spinal fusion, laminectomy, discectomy, and other interventions to address various spinal conditions such as herniated discs, spinal deformities, and fractures
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with spinal disorders, including detailed clinical evaluations, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose spinal conditions
- Develop comprehensive preoperative care plans, including patient education, preparation, and risk assessment, to optimise surgical outcomes
- Uphold patient rights, security, confidentiality, and privacy, maintaining accurate and timely patient records
- Demonstrate leadership in organisational performance, supervise junior staff, and lead performance improvement functions
- Actively participate in Continuing Medical Education (C.M.E.) and training programmes for medical and nursing staff
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in their field and participate in committee meetings
- Undertake additional tasks and duties within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities assigned. - 3 to 5 years' post-board or specialisation certification experience, depending on the country of origin, to qualify for Consultant status with the Saudi Council
- Must possess a current medical licence to practice
- SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) or equivalent qualification (UK CCT, US Boards, Canadian Boards, AUNZ Fellowship, EU Boards or CESR)
- Up-to date knowledge about the latest advancements in the field of orthopaedic spinal surgery to enhance the quality of patient care
- Fluency in Arabic. .
